Sunday

It is a neat experience to work the altar at church. At Grace many people come down front to pray. Sometimes people want to pray alone, but other times they want someone to pray with. It is a way we can bear one another's burdens. Yesterday there was an Army wife whose husband is delayed coming back from Iraq.
A few weeks ago CJ, a young woman in rehab for meth came forward to receive the Lord and I was able to lead her to Christ. What a joy to see the light in her eyes as salvation dawned on her.
Today is Monday - back to the work week :)

Hola Profesora! It was great hearing from you! School's going great, but very busy! Right now i'm attending College Avenue United Methodist Church b/c it is the best one i've found so far here in Muncie. The college class is quite large and i'm very involved singing in the praise band, and playing in the flute choir and handbell choir. I'm also attending Campus Crusade for Christ on Thurs. nights and Bible study on Wed. nights which are great ways to meet and fellowship with other Christians. I've been able to make many good friends, and my room mate is a Christian as well! My Spanish teacher is american but has a spanish accent and uses vosotros all the time! But it's not too hard to understand! well, i hope things are going well for you! ttyl!
