A quote from Warren Wiersbe's book "On Being a Servant of God,"
"To consider persons and events and situations only in the light of their effect upon myself is to live on the doorstep of hell."
He goes on to say . . ."The name of the malady is pride, and it's a difficult disease to cure."

Amen. Pride is a yeast that pervades everything we do. Something that needs to be tended to daily - sometimes minute by minute.

Hmmm...it's NOT all about me. We all need to remind ourselves of that constantly; especially as the world would have us believe that it IS!

thanks for your comment..it meant a lot, and i have considered it..but I can't financially swing it..I know God will continue to teach me and help me to rely on Him...it's just hard sometimes.
