FACE to FACE
What will it be like to see the triune God for the first time? What will have been important? All the things I worry about now? The things I bicker over? The things I desire?
Face to face with Christ, my Saviour

When with rapture I behold Him
Jesus Christ who died for me.

Face to face in all His glory
I shall see Him by and by.

that is something to think about...it's humbling and a rebuke to think about looking into His eyes for the first time, will they be happy and apreciative by all that I've had done for Him? or will His eyes be sad and tear-filled at the thought of all the time I wasted and did not use for Him. This should be the thought that drives us in our everyday lives. i'm glad you posted this.:)
I've thought about this and its almost impossible to imagine. Looking into the face the one who created me and planned my every step. Its overwhelming to think of being in the presence of such power. But the thought to me is a bit scarey, the fear of His judgement... lately this has been an underlying thought in my mind. I am also glad you posted this.
One of the current 'popular' songs on Christian radio can bring me to tears sometimes...
